History:

A construction worker with long history of hand eczema due to contact with cement. The course was characterized by exacerbations and partial remissions depending on episodic contact with cement. At presentation, blisters, papules and pustules on scaly erythematous background were seen. The rash was confined predominantly to the dorsal surface of the left hand which was the dominant patient's hand.
