History: Lymphomatoid papulosis can be morphologically similar to PLEVA (Mucha Haberman disease).The first lesion in this man's case was the one on his forehead.It was reported as an insect bite reaction but the evolution of the other lesions and the atypical purple nodules suggested a more sinister cause.Most cases are now described as CD 30 positive Large cell lymphomas.
