History: Arsenical keratoses are seen on the palms and soles 20 or so years after inorganic arsenic exposure.They may also be seen on other body sites.This man's back shows multiple superficial squamous cell skin cancers.Internal malignancy rates are also increased especially lung and genitourinary carcinoma.Hyperpigmentation may also occur.
