Differential Diagnosis

History: This is an unusual presentation of Erysipeloid of Rosenbach.Most cases occur as smaller single or multiple plaques on the hands.The condition is seen in fishermen and is due to Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae.The lesions may be mistaken for cellulitis.
