Differential Diagnosis

History:

Eccrine poroma is a benign slow growing tumour usually seen on the sole of the foot.It grows from a cup shaped depression.and bleeds easily.Treatment is by surgical excision.

Malignant eccrine poroma or porocarcinoma can develope from an eccrine poroma or arise denovo.
