Differential Diagnosis

History: An Eccrine hidrocystoma is a benign tumour of sweat gland origin. They may be translucent but can have a definite bluish black colour. This one was unusual because of its site.It was excised with a 2mm punch because I was not certain what it was and considered a blue nevus. Some patients may present with multiple lesions.
