Differential Diagnosis

History:

 An asymptomatic yellowish large oval plaque with papillated surface devoid of hair presents since birth. Surgical removal was advised to get rid off the nevus, its risk of malignant transformation and for cosmetic concern with correction of unsightly hair defect.
