History: The Basal cell nevus syndrome (Gorlin's syndrome) is characterised by multiple Bccs some of which may be nevus like.Patients may have hundreds of these lesions.Many patients have a characteristic facies with frontal bossing, a small jaw,broad nasal root and ocular hypertelorism.Palmar pits and jaw cysts are also commonly seen.
