Differential Diagnosis

History: Mammary Paget's disease is an eczema like plaque which originates as a ductal carcinoma of the nipple and slowly spreads out over the nipple and breast. This is an exceptionally extensive case.An apparent unilateral eczema of the nipple that fails to respond to a topical steroid should make you think of this condition and take a skin biopsy.
