History:

 Male patient 62 years presented with these verrucal blaschkoid plaques involving the left side of the body since early childhood. The patient never had treatment before when he knew that it is a nevus. We tried to explain the nature of the nevus and it could be associated with abnormalities such as CNS,orthopedic or ocular.. unfortunately the patient was not keen on further evaluation and refused any treatment
