Differential Diagnosis

History:

A few months after accidental lip bite, an asymptomatic, small, oval, smooth-surfaced, pale pink nodule arouse from the buccal surface of the lower lip. It has been removed by electrocautery under local anesthesia. Histopathology was consistent with oral fibroma.
