History: Severe Seborrhoeic dermatitis may resemble psoriasis.Hence the use of the term Sebopsoriasis.Seborrhoeic dermatitis is often associated with the presence of the yeast Pityrosporum ovale and responds to topical and oral anti yeast medications. Some of these sebopsoriasis cases will respond to anti yeast therapy but others require full psoriasis treatments.
