History:

Very pruritic, widespread whealing of the skin involved the face, neck, trunk and extremities of four days duration. There was no apparent precipitating cause. The condition responded very well to a combination of sedative (Hydroxyzine) and non-sedative (Cetrizine) antihistamines and a single injection of intermediate acting corticosteroid.
