History:

 Asymptomatic, unilateral perioral plane-topped brownish and skin-colred papules of 6 months duration. Two months daily application of Retin-A cream 0.05% at night and twice weekly appliactions of Efudix ointment 5% (5FU) at day time without any sequelae.
