History:

 History of living in a rural area presented with a large bulla containing a clear fluid and few healed nearby lesions of  2 weeks duration. Treatment with topical potent corticosteroid (Clobetasol cream) twice daily for 10 days resulted in disappearance of the blister within 2 weeks without any sequel. There was no history of previous drug intake, frictional trauma or DM.
