History: Darier's disease is an autosomal dominant inherited disease with characteristic greasy scaly papules.If in doubt about this diagnosis check behind the ears.The condition is worse in summer appearing in sweaty areas but it is also photoexaccerbated and will flare in sunburned areas.Oral lesions also occur.It responds best to oral retinoids.
