History:

Patient of  Dr Ebtisam Elghblawi 

A man in his 30s presented with two round itchy and oozing lesion on his foot. No other family member affected.
he is in good health otherwise.

O/E; a round/ oval lesion; about 3x4 cm, red lesion over foot (acrally) with scales and fissures (dry), oozing.

i gave him Topical steroids, fucidin, anti histamine and emollients.
