History:

Patient of Dr P Barua

21 yrs male, My diagnosis was Tinea Versicolor with Acanthosis Nigricans.
Bit over weight, No family/drug history. No sign symptoms of internal malignancy.
Not diabetic.
Only treated for Tinea versicolor with ketoconazole tablets, pevaryl cream and
ketoconazole shampoo.

Image 1 shows the combination best with the large patch of tinea versicolor. He does not look that obese for the degree of acanthosis nigricans he is showing.
