History:

Patient of Dr

11 yo girl brought in by mother with upper respiratory infection.
She was noted to have these pigmented lesions all over the body.I asked mother about this and she told she developed these lesion at age 1 and had been getting more lesions until the age 4.She was seen by Dermatologist and skin biopsy confirmed Urticaria Pigmentosa.
