History:

A 40 year old man presented with several year history of developing fragility and blitering of the skin of his face and dorsa of hands especially on sun exposure. On examination he had, ulcerations, scarring, milia, and scleroderma like changes over the affected areas. Hypertrichosis was noted on his face. .
