Differential Diagnosis

History: A biopsy showed features of Zoon's Balanitis but the whitish dystrophy of the retracted foreskin is unusual.I thought he had lichen sclerosus but the biopsy did not show any histological features of the condition.
I am still struggling with the concept of Zoon's balanitis.A fixed drug reaction is also a possibility.
