History: This lesion was growing slowly over a couple of years.She had none elsewhere.It did not respond to topical steroids but flattened well with intralesional steroid.She had no evidence of systemic disease.The histology showed the typical naked granulomas of sarcoidosis.Tissue culture was negative.
