History: This elderly lady was on Vancomycin for an infected hip prosthesis when she developed these blisters on her elbows,dorsa of the feet,buttocks and lower abdomen.Immunoflorescence showed linear IgA at the basement membrane with neutrophils in the blister cavity.Vancomycin is a recognised cause of this condition.
