History: Palmoplantar psoriasis is a disabling condition characterized by recurrent crops of sterile pustules with associated erythema, fissuring, and scaling.   Patients with palmoplantar psoriasis are affected to a greater degree by the physical aspects of the disease than patients without palmoplantar involvement.
