Differential Diagnosis

History:

A 25 year old male presented with gradually progressive blue discoloration over malar area of face and sclera unilaterally over a period of 5 years.No familial history.No oral mucosal involvement.No other Clinical findings.Nevus of Ota was diagnosed clinically.

Pulsed Q-swiched laser surgery is the treatment of choice.
