Differential Diagnosis

History: 19 years old pregnant female with past history of chronic plaque psoriasis presented with pustular psoriasis with erythroderma.She had been treated with topical steroids previously.She was admitted and started on systemic steroid s and parenteral ciprofloxacin for few weeks.She was also given insulin when her blood sugar was high.Most of her lesions diminished and the patient delivered a healthy baby.
