Differential Diagnosis

History: This patient presented with the lesions from 4 years. They were slowly increasing in number and size. They were epidermoid cysts of the scrotum. The sebacious cyst of scrotum is a synonym, but a misnomer. They occur when squamous epithelium, which, when present in the dermis  has no surface outlet. They usually arise from the hair follicles which get obstucted.Treatment is usually surgical.
