History:

Quite often anxious parents bring their small baby for hypopigmented patches around the lips. They are asymptomatic .There is no history suggestive of previous dermatitis. This baby was 4 months old and she had these lesions for the last 1 month. It is due to drooling of saliva. It fades slowly as the drooling decreases. It does not require any specific treatment.
