History:

This type of symptomatology occasionally we see in villagers of India. People come with pruritus, scaling, erosions and xerosis of lips and perioral region.There is no symptom of stomatitis and glossitis.If you see their right index finger you will find scaling, xerosis and maculopapular eruption over it.It is allergic contact dermatitis to tobacco toothpowder
