Differential Diagnosis

History:

A fourty year old blind man presented with itchy hyperkeratotic leisons on palmar aspect of both hands since 1 month.No history of any extra marital sexual relationship,but on subsequent visit he disclosed that his wife had extamarital sex few months ago.VDRL and TPHA were positive.Patient responded well with injectable pencillins.
