Differential Diagnosis

History: Long history working as a radiation technician handling radio-isotopes for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Developed multiple scaling patches on his dominant hand, the worst of which is shown (dorsum, 3rd digit). Multiple biosies all demonstrate in-situ squamous cell carcinoma (Bowen's Disease). He is being treated with intensive topical immunomodulation (imiquimod).
