History: Asymptomatic scaly plaque discovered by patient's daughter while applying moisturizer to the back! Note fair complexion and long history of truncal sunburn while growing up in Texas. Biopsy verified clinical suspicion of Bowen's Disease. Treated with 5x/week imiquimod 5% cream for 16 weeks with brisk reaction and clinical/histological clearing.
