History: 72-years-old patient with skin tumors on scalp (10-12). he noticed them for the first time 4 months ago. there is no pain/tenderness upon palpation. cervical lymph nodes are present. Also hepatomegaly, weight loss. C reactive protein (+), ESR 55mm/h. Histopathology report concluded: Low grade B cell lymphoma, marginal zone type.
