Differential Diagnosis

History:

.

Nummular means coin-shaped, its typically erythematous oval skin plaques.

Its Itchy rash lesions which becomes scaly. The condition tends to be chronic, with periods when it gets much better or worse. Cause is unknown and tends to occur in winter times.

Usually associated with dry skin, and get worst by wool, soaps and frequent bathing.
