History: A 18 years old girl presented to me with three months history of keloid on her anterior chest region. No history of previous trauma. A keloid is type of hpertrophic scar with type 1 and 3 collagen which causes overgrowth of tissue at site of healed skin injury. Its firm lesion can vary from pink to flesh coloured. It can expand into claw like growths.
