History:

This 30-year-old woman presented with five year history of developing a generalized asymmetic painful papulonodular eruption comprised of multiple widely disseminated and grouped reddish brown colored indurated tender papulonodues.  The papulonodules predominantly involved left breast, flanks, and legs.  Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of piloleiomyoma.
