History:

Scabies is an infectious and contagious parasitic disease that may affect any age group.Burrows are the primary lesions of the disease whereas small excoriated papules represent the secondary lesions. The genitalia especially in adult males is the predilection site, however the penis also is commonly involved in children.  This uncircumcised child had multiple pruritic red papules with one burrow on the prepuce. Family history of scabies was positive.
