Differential Diagnosis

History:

This lady gave history of a red lesion started to appear on the inner side of her left cheek since 10 months. The lesion increased in size gradually and caused some difficulty in eating. On examination, there was a dull red vascular mass about 4-5 cm in diameter with slightly lobulated surface involving the mucosal surface of the left cheek. The lesion was resembling a strawberry hemangioma.
